Some Examples of projects that TBT has supported: Earth Science Initiatives in Primary and Secondary Schools Nunnery  Wood  High  School,  Worcester - Curriculum  Day  for  270  year 9  students  to Earth Heritage Trust site Baskerville School, Birmingham - Mini geopark in School Grounds Chantry High School, Worcester - Geology Conservation Garden in school Grounds Bishop  Vesey  Grammar  School, Sutton  Coldfield  -  New  Geology  Text Books  for  ‘A’ level students Chapel-en-le-Frith High School – Supporting teacher in promoting and setting up Geology GCSE course Rock and Fossil Road show for Primary Schools The   “Rock   and   Fossil   Road   Show”   targeted   Key   Stage   2   primary aged   pupils   in   schools   in   the   West   Midlands.   Students   aged   14-18 from   the   secondary   school   King   Edwards   Five   Ways   Birmingham helped   introduce   young   pupils   to   Earth   Sciences   via   the   handling and   examination   of   igneous,   sedimentary   and   metamorphic   rocks plus fossil specimens.  TBT   helped   with   transport   costs   for   the   show   that   visited   many   of the local primary schools. Feedback ….The money you so kindly gave us has helped us so much with the purchase of books and resources that they have been able to utilise to help them fully understand the content of the course.  They have greatly enjoyed analysing and identifying all the wonderful specimens that have been given to us and are so grateful to all of you for your support……. ….Just a quick note to let you know that we have not forgotten the Tomlinson Brown Trust's support for our recent Geology fieldtrip to South Wales.
