There are a number of existing web-based resources for the teaching and learning of Geology aimed at all levels of the National Curriculum. The major sources are listed below with links to the sites. Closed resources only available to ESTA members are accessed by the members page.

This map results from a collaboration with several other bodies. Both the Geological Society and the British Geological Survey have made substantial contributions. Population of the map with data from various sources was funded by BGS.
